You'll ensure compliance with all codes and standards while delivering high-quality installations and exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities:Perform electrical work in compliance with NEC, OSHA, AHJ, and utility standardsAssemble and install all components of residential solar systemsDiagnose and troubleshoot electrical and system issuesComplete MPUs and install solar batteries (Tesla, Enphase, Span, SolarEdge)Maintain accurate documentation and update job status in company systemsCollaborate with branch leadership to meet licensing and labor ratio requirementsProvide excellent customer service throughout the installation processFollow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, professional work environmentRequirements:High school diploma or GEDValid Texas Journeyman Electrician License or Wireman License (required)Minimum 3 years of electrical installation and repair experienceExperience with MPUs and solar battery systemsProficient in conduit bending (EMT) and use of electrical toolsAbility to read and interpret single- and three-line drawingsClean driving record and ability to pass a background checkStrong interpersonal and time management skillsWorking knowledge of current NEC codesPhysical Demands And Abilities:Use their hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controlsStand for long periods of timeWalk or run for long periods of timeClimb ladders, scaffolds, or polesKneel, stoop, crouch, or crawlBend, stretch, twist, or reach outRepeat the same movementsSee details of objects that are less than a few feet awayDetermine the distance between objectsUse fingers to grasp, move, or assemble very small objectsMake quick, precise adjustments to machine controlsHold the arm and hand in one position or hold the hand steady while moving the armUse one or two hands to grasp, move, or assemble objectsUnderstand the speech of another personUse muscles to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objectsSee differences between colors, shades, and brightnessMove two or more limbs together (for example, two arms, two legs, or one leg and one arm) while remaining in placeUse stomach and lower back muscles to support the body for long periods without getting tiredKeep or regain the body's balance or stay upright when in an unstable positionReact quickly using hands, fingers, or feetWhile looking forward, see objects or movements that are off to the sideLift 50+ poundsFreedom Forever is an equal-opportunity employer.
