Job Role: Supply Chain Technical LeadLocation: Nashville, TN (Onsite)Duration: Long Term ContractJob Description:Lead the implementation and support of Symphony GOLD Supply Chain solutionsDesign and manage integrations across enterprise platforms such as ERP, WMS, OMS, and planning tools (e.g., Relex Solutions)Support and integrate with key platforms such as Master Data Management (MDM) systems covering items, locations, vendors, and hierarchiesEnable and support analytics and reporting (financial, operational, and performance metrics)Essential Skills: Strong hands-on experience in Symphony GOLD Supply Chain systems implementation and support engagements.In-depth understanding of retail merchandising and supply chain processes, including:Order management, replenishment, and allocationPricing and promotion managementInventory lifecycle and forecastingExperience with Relex Solutions, MDM platforms, and vendor collaboration toolsExpertise in system integration (APIs, middleware, batch/event-based processing)Experience in any of the programming languages and SQL will be an added advantage.Strong knowledge of data models, master data and retail hierarchiesProven experience in large-scale retail or supply chain transformation programsFamiliarity with cloud platforms and modern data architecturesExposure to analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau)Competencies:8-10+ years experience requiredSymphony GOLD Supply Chain solutionsMaster Data Management (MDM)EIS : EMS - Supply Chain Management
