Duties and Responsibilities:Provided training to end-users to ensure effective ERP software utilizationManaged support tickets and outages, minimizing disruption and swiftly restored servicesLeveraged SQL to develop reports that presented production data to plant managementDrove decision-making and uncovered manufacturing opportunities, while liaising with stakeholders to deliver regular updates on KPIsOther duties as assignedQualifications and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong ability to analyze complex datasets and transform them into actionable insights.Experience working with ERP platforms; Aspen Canopy preferred.Expert-level skills in SQL for querying and manipulating data.Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening and presentation skillsThe ability to work both as a team and independentlyExcellent problem solving and analytical skillsTechnological and computer knowledgeExcellent verbal and written skills for documenting processes and interacting with all levels of the organization
