Role Description This is an on-site contract position for a Child And Youth Worker located in Greater Philadelphia. The Child And Youth Worker will provide support to children and youth, facilitate and implement programs, and work directly with individuals to promote mental, emotional, and social development. Responsibilities include organizing activities, mentoring, building positive relationships, and liaising with other professionals to ensure the best outcomes for the participants. Qualifications Experience in Youth Work, Youth Mentoring, and Youth ServicesBackground in Social Work, including an understanding of social systems and support strategiesStrong Communication skills for building relationships and effectively collaborating with youth, families, and colleaguesEmpathy, patience, and a passion for working with children and youthFlexibility and adaptability in working with diverse groups in a dynamic environmentBachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, or a related field is preferredExperience in community outreach or program facilitation is a plus
