Hydraulic Mechanic (Industrial Motor / Equipment)
Job Description
:We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Hydraulic Repair Technician to join our team. This position requires a mechanically inclined individual capable of diagnosing, repairing, and rebuilding a wide variety of hydraulics and hydraulic/mechanical components across multiple OEM brands and models. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently, troubleshoot complex issues, and deliver high-quality repairs.Responsibilities:Diagnose, repair, and rebuild hydraulics and hydraulic/mechanical components including pumps, cylinders, valves, gearboxes, etcWork with a wide range of hydraulic systems from multiple OEM manufacturersDisassemble, inspect, measure, and determine failure causesReplace seals, bearings, and worn components while ensuring proper tolerances and performanceTest repaired components to verify functionality and reliabilityMaintain a clean and organized workspace and follow shop safety proceduresDocument repairs and communicate findings with management or customers when requiredWork independently to manage repair jobs from teardown to final testingRequirements:Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilityExperience repairing and rebuilding hydraulic components from multiple OEM brandsAbility to read hydraulic schematics and technical manualsProficiency with measuring tools and shop equipmentAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipQualifications:5+ years of hydraulic repair experienceExperience with industrial hydraulicsMachining or fabrication experience is a plusBenefits:· Monthly Employer Contribution to Health Insurance, starts after 60 days on payroll and the following 1st of the month· Dental Insurance optionally available· Vision Insurance optionally available· Life Insurance optionally available· Paid Holidays after 90 days· 401(k) Plan 100% match up to 6% employee deferral after 1 year of employment· Paid Time Off – Includes all PTO - 6 days after 90 days of employment, after 1 year, add 1 week; unused time rolls over within your first year and pays out after your first year.Company DescriptionAbout Global Electronic ServicesFounded in 2000, Global Electronic Services proudly celebrates 26 years of excellence.
