Job Title: Assembler

Duration: 12 Months (Temp to Hire)
Shift: M-F 6am - 2:30pmPay rate: $27 /Hr on W2Job Responsibilities
Assemble instruments according to approved procedures and work instructions. Perform in-process inspections to ensure product quality and compliance with specifications. Complete Device History Records (DHR) and other required documentation accurately. Read and interpret assembly instructions, work orders, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and SOPs. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues and improve processes. Support new product introductions, process improvements, and cost and cycle-time reduction initiatives. Maintain accurate production records, training files, and performance data. Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical or associate degree preferred.2+ years of experience in high-tech manufacturing, preferably medical device manufacturing.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel; Visio and PowerPoint preferred.
Knowledge of ISO 9000, cGMP, FDA 21 CFR Part 820, and safety procedures.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Demand Flow Technology (DFT) is an advantage.
Ability to lift 35 lbs and work effectively in a team environment.
