Product Associate

Reporting to the Product Manager, the Product Associate will be responsible for assigned duties related to new product launches, ongoing testing, auditing, and implementing enhancements to existing products. Primary Responsibilities Completes Assigned Tasks for Product Launches and Enhancements Adheres to All Release Timelines Conducts Rigorous and Detailed Product Testing and Auditing with an Attention to Necessary Changes Compiles Data and Metrics to Continuously Monitor Quality and Measure Success/Outcomes Identifies Opportunities for Improvement at Every Stage of the Product Development Lifecycle Creates Documentation and Provides Support to Internal Staff Required/Minimum Qualifications 2+ Years of Product Management or EAP Operations Experience Demonstrated Track Record of Success on a Project Management Team Ability to Excel on a Highly Collaborative and Cross-Functional Team Ability to Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills Impeccable Organizational Skills and Attention to Detail BA or BS Required This is a full-time, salaried role, located in the continental United States and Hawaii, and includes a robust benefits package, with 100% company-paid single tier medical coverage insurance, PTO, 401(k) with match, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.
