Why This Role is a Great Opportunity This is a high-opportunity, performance-driven sales role with uncapped earning potential. - Base Salary ($30k) + Uncapped Commission - Realistic First-Year Earnings: $50K-$70K+ (top performers earn more) - Strong seasonal demand = more opportunities to close - Ability to build repeat clients and referrals - Clear path for growth within the business What You'll Do Sales & Business Development Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and company leads. Meet with customers to assess needs and provide estimates. Present and sell services including window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and more. Follow up on leads and close deals to hit monthly and quarterly targets. Client Relationship Management Build trust with homeowners and business clients. Serve as the main point of contact from first interaction through post-sale. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business. Sales Operations Track leads, opportunities, and sales activity using CRM tools. Prepare estimates, proposals, and contracts. Report on pipeline and performance. Team Collaboration Work closely with the owner, office staff, and service team. Share customer feedback and market insights. Participate in sales meetings and training. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary: $30,000 Uncapped Commission and performance bonuses 8 days PTO $65/month phone allowance Annual bonuses ($500 each) Holiday bonus Paid training and support Work Schedule & Expectations Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM.
