Case Management PositionLocation: Brownsville, TXAssignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.Schedule: M-F, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with rotating weekends.Job Description: The Case Management position involves coordinating patient care and ensuring effective discharge planning.
