The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of modern consumer behavior, brand storytelling, and full-funnel marketing strategy, along with a proven ability to build impactful campaigns that drive growth and engagement. This person is equal parts visionary and operator — capable of developing long-term brand strategy while executing with speed and precision in a fast-paced environment. They are a collaborative leader who can influence across functions, mentor high-performing teams, and elevate the brand through innovative thinking, cultural relevance, and data-informed decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesBe the voice of the Beauty consumer within the organizationDrive product positioning, messaging, and storytelling across all marketing channelsDevelop and lead integrated marketing strategies that support category growth, customer acquisition, and revenue objectivesLead go-to-market strategies and execution for product launches, seasonal campaigns, and campaign initiativesWork cross-functionally to ensure social, influencer, PR, merchandising, and experiential marketing efforts work cohesively with one messagePartner with other departments, Product Development, E-commerce, Media and Sales to drive improved outcomes for the Beauty categoryAnalyze campaign performance, customer insights, and market trends to optimize marketing effectivenessManage marketing budgets, agency relationships, timelines, and overall campaign executionBuild, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing teamEnsure brand consistency and a best-in-class customer experience across all touchpointsIdentify opportunities for innovation, partnerships, and emerging market trends within the beauty industryQualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership experience within beauty, skincare, cosmetics, wellness, or consumer electronics brandsProven track record of developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaignsStrong understanding of digital marketing, social media, influencer strategy, and consumer engagementExperience leading product launches and omnichannel marketing initiativesExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsStrong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a data-driven mindsetAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentExperience managing and developing high-performing teamsExperience leveraging AI to improve speed to outcomesPassion for beauty, wellness, and emerging consumer trendsThe Pay Range For This Role Is150,000 - 170,000 USD per year(Los Angeles HQ)
