Plumber

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of plumbing codes, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Plumber will also be involved in remodeling projects, ensuring that all plumbing installations meet safety and quality standards. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. Perform pipe threading and welding as needed for various plumbing applications. Read and interpret schematics to understand plumbing layouts and designs. Utilize power tools safely and effectively during installation and repair tasks. Collaborate with other tradespeople, including carpenters and HVAC technicians, on remodeling projects. Conduct routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues or necessary repairs. Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their plumbing needs. Qualifications Proven experience as a Plumber or in a similar role within the construction plumbing field. Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials. Familiarity with basic math for measurements and calculations related to plumbing tasks. Ability to operate commercial driving vehicles as required for job assignments. Experience with remodeling projects is preferred but not mandatory. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively. A valid plumber's license is preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.
