Responsibilities include overseeing daily food service operations, ensuring food safety compliance, and managing food preparation processes. You will work with team members, maintain exceptional customer service standards, and contribute to the overall success of The Shack's welcoming atmosphere by fostering positive customer experiences and ensuring operational efficiency.We’re building a shop that runs smoothly without constant owner presence. This role is key to making that happen. You won’t be here every day, but when you are, you matter.
