We're a tight-knit team that takes our craft seriously and has a lot of fun doing it.We're looking for a Store Manager who wants to grow with us — someone who leads by example, cares about the details, and understands that exceptional hospitality is just as important as exceptional gelato.The RoleYou'll be the operational leader of our shop, responsible for the team, the guest experience, and the day-to-day running of the store. This is a hands-on role — you'll be on the floor, alongside your team, setting the standard.ResponsibilitiesLead, hire, train, and schedule a small front-of-house teamOwn daily operations from open to close, including cash management and sales reportingMaintain inventory levels and coordinate supply ordersUphold food safety, cleanliness, and quality standardsDeliver outstanding guest experiences and resolve issues with warmth and professionalismTrack performance metrics and work toward sales goalsBe a cultural ambassador for the La Boca brandWhat We're Looking For2+ years of management experience in food service, hospitality, or retailA natural leader who earns respect through presence and consistencyComfortable with scheduling, inventory, POS systems, and basic reportingAvailable weekends and holidays (this is gelato — summers are busy)Genuine passion for food, hospitality, and communityBilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, not a requirementWhy La BocaBe part of a growing, locally-owned brand with a genuine identityWork with a passionate team that cares about craftRoom to grow as we expand$60,000/year salary + paid time offGelato La Boca is an equal opportunity employer.
