Texas Sales Manager

Position PurposeThe Texas Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing a team of Business Development Managers to drive sales growth, expand market share, and strengthen customer relationships within Texas. This role will develop and execute strategic sales plans, oversee regional performance, and ensure alignment with overall company objectives. Mostly throughout the state of Texas.Minimum QualificationsEducation/ExperienceBachelor’s Degree required10-15 years of Business Development experience.Experience leading a field of sales and/or operations teams to achieve company objectives.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
