Process Engineer

*Key Responsibilities* * Manage process engineering projects from design through installation and startup. * Create P&IDs and PFDs using AutoCAD 2D. * Perform fluid flow and thermal calculations for pumps, piping, valves, and heat exchangers. * Select equipment and prepare technical specifications and purchase requisitions. * Review and validate designs for skids, tanks, and process equipment. * Ensure designs meet project requirements, contracts, and sanitary standards. * Support control panel design and PLC programming. * Assist with sales estimates, technical reviews, and pre-bid drawings. * Oversee piping installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and customer training. * Resolve design issues, punch-list items, and warranty concerns. * Travel approximately 35% for site visits and installation oversight. *Required Qualifications* * Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Food Science, or equivalent experience. * 5+ years of fluid or thermal system design experience. * Experience developing P&IDs and PFDs. * Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). *Preferred Qualifications* * Experience designing sanitary systems for food processing applications. _Job Disclaimer:_ _Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled_ _Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
