This role requires strong coordination skills, the ability to read and interpret construction drawings, and hands-on involvement to ensure work is completed efficiently and to high standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and coordinate daily job site activitiesSupport and assist crew members on-site as neededRead and interpret construction drawings and plansPrepare and execute layout based on project documentsCoordinate with the Site Superintendent and other tradesPrepare and submit RFIs (Requests for Information)Develop and manage material takeoffs and purchase listsEnsure work is performed safely, efficiently, and per project requirementsQualificationsProven experience in construction site management or foreman roleStrong understanding of construction drawings and layoutExperience with RFIs and material takeoffsAbility to coordinate with multiple trades and site personnelHands-on, proactive, and detail-orientedMust be a U.S. CitizenAdditional DetailsImmediate hiringCompetitive hourly rateOpportunity to work on active and fast-paced projects
