Administrative AssistantBertram Capital is a private equity firm targeting investments in lower middle market companies. Since its inception in 2006, the firm has raised over $4B of capital commitments. Instead, Bertram focuses on reinvestment and technology enablement to drive growth and value through digital marketing, e-commerce, big data and analytics, application development and internal and external platform optimization.Bertram Capital is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join the firm in its San Francisco Bay Area office. This individual will report to the Manager, Administration. A successful Administrative Assistant will be organized, reliable, able to maintain confidentiality, and able to successfully manage several time sensitive requests and projects simultaneously.Role ResponsibilitiesProvide support to leaders throughout the organization with various administrative tasks.Serve as back up for the Office Assistant and front desk coverage as neededCoordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including: transportation, accommodations, and travel itineraries according to company Travel & Expense PolicyMaintain and manage calendars by scheduling meetings and communicating with executives and partners regarding schedules regularly.Complete and submit expense reports by the required deadline as outlined in the Firm's Travel & Expense PolicyAssist with ordering, organizing and distributing office and event suppliesHandle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.Serve as an active member of the Operations teamParticipate in event planning and culture building activities for the FirmQualifications:Bachelor's degree preferredA minimum of 2 years of Executive/Administrative Assistant experience in a formal office setting.Exceptional detail orientation as well as interpersonal and organizational skillsHigh integrity in working with confidential informationKnowledge of Concur, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OutlookAbility to focus, multi-task and work under pressure to meet the required deadlinesFlexible, team player who will help, teach, and learn from othersMust be willing to work out of our SF Bay Area (Foster City, CA) officeCompensation and BenefitsThe expected salary range for this position is: $90,000- $110,000 total annual compensation. Offered salary may be based on a variety of factors including skills, experience, and qualifications for the role. After one year of tenure, employees will receive an additional annual bonus.Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits are provided at no cost to the employee.
