Title: Digital Delivery (BIM) Manager - Data Center & Energy Infrastructure - FLThor is recruiting a Digital Delivery Manager for a leading data center and energy infrastructure operator, based in Florida.This company builds and operates some of the largest data centers in the world, supporting next-generation computing workloads across AI, colocation, cloud, and Bitcoin mining. This role sits at the center of that build-out - not a traditional BIM function, but the full digital delivery lifecycle across a fast-growing portfolio of mission-critical projects.What you will own:Author and enforce the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) - setting enterprise-wide standards for model creation, file structures, naming conventions, and data interoperability across every active and future projectGovern Autodesk Construction Cloud end to end - user permissions, submittal workflows, model publishing protocols, and issue tracking, keeping the environment disciplined and auditableBuild the digital delivery framework that defines how project data is created, coordinated, reviewed, and handed over across internal teams, EPC contractors, and design consultantsLead clash detection and model coordination across architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines, catching conflicts before they hit the fieldDrive CMMS planning and asset data integration, making sure models and naming conventions transition cleanly from construction into operational maintenance systems at handoverAlign document and asset naming standards across SharePoint, ACC, and downstream systems in coordination with Document ControlEvaluate emerging digital delivery technology - digital twins, CFD modeling, reality capture, AI-assisted coordination tools - and recommend what is worth adoptingDeliver training to internal teams and external partners, building real fluency in BIM tools, ACC workflows, and digital delivery standardsRun regular audits and QA reviews of models and datasets against project and enterprise standardsWhat you bring:Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field4+ years in BIM management, digital delivery, or project controls within industrial, energy, or data center sectorsAdvanced Autodesk Construction Cloud experience - workflow customization, permissions management, submittals, model coordinationWorking knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, Revizto, or comparable coordination platformsFamiliarity with CMMS platforms and how asset data structures carry from design and construction into operationsUnderstanding of ISO 19650 and its practical application in project data governanceExperience developing and enforcing BEPs across multi-disciplinary teams, including external EPC partnersBonus: exposure to digital twin development, CFD modeling, or reality captureWhy this role:You are joining at the intersection of construction technology and operational readiness, on a platform scaling fast across AI, energy, and infrastructure.
