We are actively seeking highly engaged, intentional, and service-oriented individuals for a part-time Membership Services position.This role is a profound opportunity to directly impact the lives of the communities we serve by fostering genuine connections, practicing exceptional hospitality, and creating a safe, positive, and enriching environment where every interaction is meaningful. The Membership Services staff will help to create a welcoming experience for members while promoting programs that encourage health and wellness within our community.Work Schedule: Weekday and weekend closing shifts available which run through 8 pm.Purpose and Impact:Practice Intentionality: Serve as the primary contact, creating a warm and professional environment for all members. Handle all inquiries, payments, and concerns with care.Drive Community Growth: Actively engage with current and prospective members through facility tours and interviews to promote memberships and programs. Proactively generate new prospects through consistent follow-up, tracking, and collaboration with program teams.Exemplify Core Values: Uphold Honesty, Respect, and Responsibility while handling check-ins, cash management, and maintaining an organized lobby and workspace.Data Management & Program Support: Perform essential clerical tasks, manage data entry/retrieval, communicate program details, and assist with registrations. Be proactive with knowledge of all program information and changes.Minimum Qualifications:Education & Experience: H.S. diploma or equivalent required; 1 - 3 years' experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
