Bracco Diagnostics Inc. is committed to the discovery, development, manufacturing and marketing of imaging agents and solutions aimed at providing a better use and management in terms of diagnostic efficacy, patient safety and cost effectiveness.The position holder is responsible for the overall management of the Scientific Information NA ROW department in providing medical and scientific support about Bracco products to external and internal customers from all countries outside of Europe.Main Responsibilities, Activities, Duties, and Tasks:Manage the receiving and responding to scientific/medical inquiries process for Scientific Information NA Rest of the World (SI NA ROW)Preparing and reviewing customer responsesReview and close Parent Record for Product Quality ComplaintsPlay an instrumental role in the creating of the innovative AI systemsReview and updating Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)Submitting customer responses and FAQs for approval as neededEvaluating annual performance and developing training plans for direct reportsManaging and tracking KPIs for Scientific Information NA activitiesManaging outside vendors and contractorsManaging Scientific Information budgetProviding the Scientific Information North America (SI NA) monthly and quarterly status reportsMaintains compliance with local and global policies and regulationsSupervisory Responsibilities:Ensure that all SI NA staff are aligned with the goals of the departmentEnsure staff are aligned with department processes and objectivesManage and assess performance and participate in defining annual performance objectivesManage AI systems and infrastructure to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.Develop training plans for direct reportsProblem-solving by managing innovative AI products.Providing input to the Dept Head, for Scientific Information budget developmentDetermining resource allocationPrepare and update SI NA local and Global Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Collaborate with Scientific Information Europe (SI EU) to share information and to streamline processesUpdating and maintaining medical literatureInteract with local foreign Bracco affiliates for medical inquiry proceduresEducation:The position requires an advanced degree with certification as a Pharmacist, Nurse or Radiologic Technologist. A four-year college degree in health sciences with pharmaceutical experience is acceptable. Master's degree is preferrable.Professional Experience, Knowledge & Technical Skills:Knowledge of Federal Regulations pertaining to dissemination of medical information and processing product complaints.Working knowledge of computer technology associated with database entry and word processingExperience with AI and learning concepts.Assist in the development of Generative AI models with knowledge of scientific information engagementGood working knowledge of computer technology in general.Excellent oral and writing communication skills.Working knowledge of regulations and definitions pertaining to adverse event regulations Project management skillsComputer skillsBracco Diagnostics Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
