The SLPA will work under the supervision of a Dr. Traci Akiki to provide engaging, individualized therapy services to pediatric clients.The ideal candidate demonstrates clinical excellence, empathy, and strong communication skills, with a commitment to helping each patient reach their full potential.ResponsibilitiesProvide speech and language therapy services as outlined in treatment plansImplement therapy goals under the supervision of an SLPDocument session notes accurately and in a timely mannerCollaborate with supervising SLPs, families, and clinic staffMaintain a clean, organized, and welcoming therapy environmentQualificationsCurrent California SLPA license (or eligibility for licensure)Strong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent organizational and documentation abilitiesCommitment to patient-centered care and ongoing professional development
