Cold Heading Set Up Operator

RoleAs a Cold Header Set Up Operator (also known as Cold Heading Machine Operator, Cold Header Technician), you'll be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining a variety of cold heading machines. You'll troubleshoot quality issues, assist other operators, and make suggestions to increase machine production. This role is available for 2nd and 3rd shift.BenefitsCompetitive salary with shift premiums.Opportunity for a sign-on bonus.Continuous learning and upskilling opportunities.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, stoop, climb, and reach.Experience in operating or setting up cold heading machines such as Sacma, Formax, Nedschroef, Nationals.Strong verbal and written communication skills, basic computer skills, and basic math skills including the use of decimals and fractions.Proficiency in machine setups for production runs, blueprint reading, mechanical troubleshooting, and shop math skills.
