This key commercial leadership role is focused on driving the company's commercial growth strategy in North America, particularly within the pharmaceutical tube packaging market. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading strategic business development, expanding key customer relationships, and strengthening the company's market position. A hands-on, growth-oriented approach is essential, as is the ability to manage and develop a local sales team. The role offers the opportunity to work with a high level of visibility and direct access to group management, and the potential for broader leadership responsibilities in the U.S. organization.Candidates for this role should have a proven track record in pharmaceutical packaging sales, with a strong preference for those with an existing network and customer relationships in the North American pharmaceutical industry. Experience in leading commercial teams, driving strategic account growth, and a background in regulated industries such as pharmaceutical, medical device, or healthcare packaging are also required.
