Senior Systems Engineer (Windows Administration)

Job Description About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Engineer with deep expertise in Windows administration and enterprise endpoint management. This role is critical in designing, implementing, and maintaining secure, scalable infrastructure with a focus on Active Directory, Group Policy, and modern device management solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain Windows Server environmentsDesign and manage Active Directory/Entra architectureCreate, deploy, and troubleshoot Group Policy Objects (GPOs) across the organizationImplement and manage Microsoft Intune for endpoint configuration, compliance, and securityMonitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliabilityCollaborate with security and network teams to support enterprise-wide initiativesProvide Tier 3 support and mentor junior engineersRequired Qualifications7+ years of experience in Windows Systems Administration or EngineeringStrong expertise in:Active Directory (AD DS, DNS, DHCP)Microsoft EntraGroup Policy design and troubleshootingMicrosoft Intune / Endpoint ManagerExperience with Windows Server (2019/2022,2025)Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automationSolid understanding of identity management and security principlesExperience with Entra AD / Hybrid environmentsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsPreferred / Nice-to-Have SkillsExperience with:Azure Infrastructure (IaaS/PaaS)Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)Conditional Access policiesEndpoint security tools (Defender for Endpoint, etc.)Knowledge of virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, Azure Local)Familiarity with networking concepts (VPN, firewalls, routing)Experience with configuration management tools (SCCM/MECM)Certifications such as:Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator AssociateMicrosoft Certified: Identity and Access AdministratorMCSE or equivalentSoft SkillsExcellent communication and documentation skillsAbility to lead projects and work cross-functionallyStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities for professional development and certificationCollaborative and innovative team cultureCompany DescriptionMC Services is an IT firm offering a wide range of IT consulting, integration, development services,management consulting, staff augmentation, network integration, training, and technical support.You will be working with our clients designing, deploying and maintaining Mac, PC, and iOS basedenvironments and should posses a passion for interacting and delivering solutions to our clients.
