Service Advisor/Writer

Service Advisor Job Description The Service Advisor will assist the Store Manager oversee all the daily operations of the store. They will manage the store’s employees time by scheduling and assigning duties and responsibilities. They will oversee the operational and organizational standards of the store as well as implement the marketing, advertising and financial strategy dictated by the Store Manager. The Store Manager will regularly review the weekly and quarterly financial data, with the service advisor, of the store to ensure the store is meeting the financial goals. Responsibility Scheduling of appointment for customers Checking in/out customers repair orders Cash Management Time management The ability to explain what is happening with customer cars. Assign duties and responsibilities to the store’s staff. Retail supervision, and policy implementation Inventory management Customer service leadership Skills Excellent communication skills. People skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team. The ability to work in high-pressure situations and to “think on your feet.” Be able to read and understand sales data. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Self-motivated with a high level of confidence. Requirements: Excellent Customer Service Skills. Ability to work a full-time flexible schedule Monday – Saturday, including morning, afternoon and weekend shifts, and to work overtime as needed. Previous automotive experience preferred, but not required Previous experience analyzing company financials including Profit and Loss Statement preferred, but not required Take pride in delivering excellent customer service Preferred Qualifications Retail or Automotive Management experience Thrive in a busy, fast-paced retail environment Excellent verbal communication skills Knowledge of cataloging and/or inventory management systems a plus Automotive parts, equipment or systems knowledge Bilingual preferred (Not Required) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: Paid time off Ability to Commute: Everett, WA 98208 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Everett, WA 98208: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
