Job Description: Provide personalized support to an individual in their home and community, assisting them in achieving greater independence and successfully meeting individualized goals. Responsibilities: Provide direct support and supervision to your assigned individual with developmental disabilities in their home and community. Assist with personal care needs. Encourage and support individuals in engaging in social, recreational, and community activities. Document daily progress notes and report any concerns regarding health, safety, or well-being. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in caregiving, direct support, or related field preferred Compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to make a positive impact Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable) Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Pay Frequency: · Bi weekly Salary: $17-$23 hourly **MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUTE AND HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION** Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Work Location: In person
