Youth Sports Coach [$16-$22]

Skyhawks Sports Academy is a leading national youth sports camp organization dedicated to fostering essential life skills in children ages 2-14 through sports, prioritizing safety, skill enhancement, and most importantly, FUN! Responsibilities: Skill Development: Inspire and instruct our young athletes in both sports skills and essential life skills. Individualized Attention: Work closely with individuals and groups to foster skill progression tailored to each participant's needs. Fun Learning Environment: Create an engaging and enjoyable atmosphere where learning thrives. Safety Oversight: Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants at all times. Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our coaching team and management to deliver successful and impactful programs. Consistency: Commit to leading all class sessions (once per week) over 4-6 weeks. Hours of Operation & Schedule: Monday – Thursday After School Programming: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM* Evening Programming: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM* Fridays Some Fridays, following Non-School Days 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM Saturdays 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM* *Hours vary by location* Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old (16 for assistant coaches) with a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for commuting up to 30 minutes to various camp locations. Must pass a background check. Demonstrate a genuine passion for sports. Preferred: Previous coaching or childcare experience. Benefits/Perks: Opportunity to positively impact children through sports.
