Your responsibilities will include:Providing comfort, cleanliness, and care for hospitalized patientsAssisting with restraint, feeding, and daily patient needsSupporting veterinarians and veterinary technicians with proceduresMaintaining hospital cleaning protocols and accurate medical record documentationFlexing between different departments, adapting to where you're most neededQualificationsSomeone who genuinely loves working with animals and peopleDetail-oriented, organized, and reliableAble to multitask in a fast-moving, high-energy environmentProfessional and tactful when communicating with clients and teammatesFlexible and willing to jump in wherever neededPhysically capable of lifting 40+ lbs and standing for long periodsPrevious experience is great, but we're happy to provide hands-on training!Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role.Who we are: For over 25 years, LIVS has been a trusted, AAHA-certified specialty and emergency hospital serving the Long Island and metropolitan community.
