About the Role We're expanding into new markets across the Southeast and are looking for a driven Business Development / Sales Professional with a strong background in pre-engineered building systems. What You'll Do
Develop and grow new accounts across the Southeast region
Identify opportunities for pre-engineered building projects in commercial, industrial, and specialty sectors
Build long-term relationships with contractors, developers, architects, and end-users
Travel throughout the territory to meet clients, attend industry events, and support business development efforts
Work closely with internal teams to deliver accurate proposals and ensure customer satisfaction
Help shape our regional sales strategy and market presence What We're Looking For
Proven sales experience (3+ years preferred)
Pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) or construction industry experience required • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and comfortable working independently
Willing and excited to travel regularly throughout the Southeast
