Junior Service Technician The Junior Service Technician will assist certified technicians in a variety of tasks related to mold remediation. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail are qualities critical to success and advancement in this position. Essential functions and responsibilities include: Loads/unloads supplies/equipment into and from vehicles, cleans and returns materials and equipment to proper storage areas. Drives and operates a company van equipped with cleaning equipment, tools, and supplies to the work site. Assists in placing air movers and dehumidifiers in proper room locations to remove moisture from carpet, upholstery, and air. Assists in performing basic remediation taskscutting drywall, removing baseboards, and various flooring material, sprays fungicide and other materials. Provides exceptional customer service, treats property and contents with respect and care and brings any issues or customer concerns to the job leader. Follows proper safety practices, wears personal protective equipment as appropriate (gloves, respirators, Tyvek Suit) while working. Maintains clean and organized vehicle, equipment, and job site. Job requirements include: High school education, or equivalent. Valid driver's license with clean MVR and access to dependable transportation. Willing to submit to a background check. Able to safely lift up to 50 lbs., carry equipment up/downstairs. Strong interpersonal, verbal skills. Professional manner and team oriented.
