The facility operates as a Level 1 trauma center with full support staff, specialized delivery teams, and utilizes EPIC charting system. The collaborative care model includes midwives (CNM), OB/GYN physicians, and MFM specialists working together to provide optimal patient care.Opportunity:Physician - Obstetrics and GynecologyJob Details:Provide 24-hour call coverage from 7a-7a with up to 4 hours daily roundingOn-call physician not required to be on-site unless specifically called to hospitalRespond to calls for patients with prior cesarean attempting vaginal deliveryRound on cesarean patients and antepartum patients when MFM not availableRespond to calls from midwives, emergency department, or consulting physiciansHandle maternal transports from outside facilitiesAverage on-site time generally does not exceed 6 hours per callPerform circumcisions and tubal ligationsConduct C-section deliveries and operative vaginal deliveriesProvide comprehensive OB/GYN surgical proceduresManage both inpatient and outpatient cases across all age groupsBoard certification required with ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS certificationsMust hold Pennsylvania medical license or IMLC14-day credentialing timeframeLodging arrangements made by facilityAccess to Latrobe or Pittsburgh airportsCompensation:Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.by Jobble
