Our financial services client is seeking a Sr. Marketing Project Manager to work a 12-month assignment in Chicago, IL, Tempe, AZ or Plano, TX. Candidates must be able to work onsite 5 days/week (role is 40 hrs/week). The Senior Marketing Project Manager oversees complex marketing programs in a fast-paced, global environment. This role owns end-to-end project execution, including timelines, deliverables, stakeholder alignment, and reporting. Success requires strong project management discipline, marketing process knowledge, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, stakeholders, communications, and deliverablesServe as the central owner of project status, documentation, and data accuracyLead meetings, creative reviews, and project updates with clear agendas and actionable follow-upsTrack progress, identify risks early, and escalate issues when neededCommunicate status updates consistently across stakeholdersMaintain accurate project data for reporting, resourcing, and audit purposesIdentify efficiencies and align work across teams and initiativesEnsure adherence to marketing processes and recommend improvementsStay organized, responsive, and proactive in supporting project needsRequired Qualifications6 years of experience in marketing project managementExperience in financial services or other regulated industriesProven ability to manage multiple complex global projectsStrong leadership presence with experience leading stakeholder meetingsExcellent organization and attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to simplify complex workflows and drive executionSelf-starter with strong problem solving skillsExperience with creative development across digital and marketing channelsFamiliarity with project management tools such as WorkfrontPreferred QualificationsBachelor degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field, or PMP certificationExperience working in a marketing or creative agencyAbility to contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team cultureIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including financial information.
