You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide information about insurance products and services.Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.QUALIFICATIONS:Communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented and able to multitask.Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
