Full Time Restaurant Position

Job Summary Cathy's Kitchen is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full Time Restaurant Position to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring guests have a memorable experience through attentive service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting daily restaurant operations. Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus but not required; we value positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic. Duties Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements Take customer orders accurately and efficiently Serve food and beverages in a timely manner Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally Assist in opening and closing duties as needed Support team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role Job Type: Full-time Pay: $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: Food provided Work Location: In person
