This leadership role ensures projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:Manage all phases of large electrical projects including planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and executionLead project teams including Assistant PMs, Superintendents, Foremen, and subcontractorsEnsure all work meets or exceeds company standards, contract specifications, and safety requirementsBuild and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and timely updatesMonitor job costing, labor productivity, and material tracking to ensure profitabilityIdentify potential project risks and develop proactive mitigation plansCollaborate with internal departments including estimating, engineering, and field operationsQualifications: 8+ years of experience in commercial electrical construction, with at least 3 years in a leadership project management roleProven track record managing large-scale projects from start to finishStrong understanding of electrical systems, NEC, and construction best practicesExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsProficient in project management toolsJourneyman or Master Electrician license preferredWe also offer a full benefits package that includes: Health Insurance - 4 different plans to choose from·Dental/Vision/Life401K MatchingPaid Time Off and Paid HolidaysEmployee Referral ProgramCompany Vehicle and gas cardPerformance BonusesOwen Electric is an Equal Opportunity Employer Powered by JazzHR
