Job Type:Full time; Consultant(6* months - possible temp to perm*)
Location:Everett, WA
Schedule:Monday to Friday; First Shift5AM-1:30PM(30 minute lunch)
Pay Rate:$29.00 to $32.00 per hour
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled **Electro-Mechanical Assembler **to join our dynamic team in Everett, WA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the assembly and testing of electro-mechanical systems, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Responsibilities
Assemble electro-mechanical components and systems according to specifications and blueprints.
Conduct thorough testing and troubleshooting of assembled products to ensure functionality.
Collaborate with engineers and other team members to improve assembly processes and product designs.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and quality standards.
Document assembly processes and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED; technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus.
3 years of TESTING & ASSEMBLY experience.
Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical principles.
Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
