IT Project Manager - Dynatrace Upgrade

Job Summary  Our Travel & Hospitality client is seeking an IT Project Manager to join their team! This role will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional stakeholders (application owners, platform teams, Dynatrace vendor partners), driving the project into production readiness, and operationalizing a repeatable, low-risk cadence for future upgrade cycles and tenant/global configuration changes.Core Responsibilities Independently run the OneAgent Upgrade project: phased rollout, automated and manual validation, issue triage, rollback execution and remediationLead Global Settings delivery: sequence changes by tenant, define release windows, validate minimal production impact, and produce an enterprise standard for global configuration management and minimal customizationMaintain artifacts: project plans, RAID, dependency trackers, decision logs, runbooks and SteerCo reportingCommunicate to application teams, platform engineering, support, and executive stakeholders; prepare concise SteerCo materials and communicate risks earlyDeliver operational handoff: validated runbooks, acceptance criteria, automation scripts or configuration-as-code where applicable, and a repeatable cadence for future upgrades and global settings updatesTracking & reporting (critical): own project-level tracking and reporting artifacts integrated status (weekly), an operational readiness dashboard, RAID logs and dependency trackers and provide daily status reporting during change windowsObservability tooling: Dynatrace OneAgent & Dynatrace Operator familiarity strongly preferredChange control: release planning, rollback design and controlled restart approaches to minimize impactCoordinate application owners, infrastructure, Dynatrace contacts, and platform operationsDevelop, audit, and maintain runbooks for long-term scalabilityAdaptability in enterprise environments: effective across mixed delivery models, legacy and modern tech stacks, and organizational complexity while maintaining delivery momentumActively identifies, escalates and mitigates risks and dependencies earlyEnsure leadership is never surprised by delays, scope impacts or delivery threatsRequired Skills/Experience (Must-Haves) 3+ years in technical project management; demonstrable experience leading observability/monitoring platform upgrades or equivalent platform change programsDynatrace experience is a mustDemonstrated experience delivering enterprise upgrades across Linux, Windows, and KubernetesStrong competency in change and release management for production systemsCalm under pressure: maintains clarity, organization and forward progress amid ambiguity, competing priorities, and high-visibility scrutinyPreferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves) Organizational Transformation experienceAble to drive communication adoption and executionKey Competencies & Behaviors Proactive risk management and transparencyStructured execution with repeatability in mindCross-functional coordination with clear communicationWork Environment Location: RemoteCST working hoursCompensation & Benefits Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $39.00 and $55.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
