Shift Leader / Insider – Immediate Hiring (Marco’s Pizza)

Job Summary Marco’s Pizza is looking for energetic, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Shift Leaders / Insiders. Responsibilities Shift Leader Duties: Supervise team members during shift Ensure excellent customer service Open and close the store as needed Handle cash management and deposits Maintain food quality and safety standards Train and coach team members Ensure store cleanliness and organization Insider Duties: Take customer orders (in-store and phone) Prepare pizzas and other menu items Operate POS system Maintain a clean and organized workspace Assist with food prep and restocking Provide friendly and professional customer service Qualifications Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred (required for Shift Lead) Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work nights and weekends Reliable transportation Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs Must be at least 16 years old (18+ preferred for Shift Leader) What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Flexible scheduling Growth opportunities Employee discounts Positive team environment If you are motivated, dependable, and ready to grow with Marco’s Pizza, apply today!
