Maintenance Set Up
Overview
Set-up, adjust and maintain production equipment in an FDA and cGMP regulated environment. Work with all supervision and employees to ensure that cGMPs and Praxis’ SOPs, policies and work instructions are being followed. Maintain policies and quality standards on the production floor and in the warehouse.
Responsibilities
Complete paperwork required for line set-up: lock-out/tag-out, start-up inspection, check maintenance documentation, etc.
Identify mechanical features of the equipment.
Read and complete all related training and training manuals
Assist in performing preventative maintenance as required by company PM program.
Adherence to all Company policies and procedures
Works to improve the effectiveness of the quality management system through the use of the quality policy, quality objectives, audit results, analysis of data, corrective and preventive actions
Instills a sense of quality through modeled quality behaviors and mindset
Elevates complaints and problems, seeks Management assistance
Ensures proper PPE’s and Safety procedures are followed
Flexibly works other shifts, shifts maybe 8, 10 or 12 hours as needed
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Mechanical aptitude and understanding of basic machine repairs, pneumatics, hydraulics and electricity.
Able to read technical documents.
The ability to work independently, without supervision required
Ability to organize priorities and workload required
Pay Range
Starting from USD $25.00/Hr.
