Sales Executive – HydronicsNorfolk, VAFull-TimeOverviewWe are partnering with a growing, well-established organisation in the HVAC space to appoint a Commercial Hydronics Sales Executive.This is a client-facing, outside sales role focused on delivering HVAC and hydronic system solutions across commercial and industrial projects. You will work closely with consulting engineers, contractors, and building owners, developing relationships and supporting projects from early design through to completion.This role suits someone who enjoys a consultative, project-driven sales environment with strong technical involvement.The BusinessOur client operates within a broader platform of engineering-led businesses, offering access to a wide portfolio of HVAC equipment and system solutions.They support the delivery of large-scale construction and infrastructure projects, partnering with key stakeholders across the built environment. Their model enables them to provide flexible, multi-solution offerings rather than being tied to a single manufacturer.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage relationships with engineers, contractors, and end usersIdentify and develop project opportunities within the commercial HVAC spaceSupport system design discussions and influence specificationsPrepare proposals, bids, and technical solutionsManage multiple active projects simultaneouslyWork collaboratively with internal teams and external partnersMaintain visibility on project progress and pipeline activityRequirements5+ years’ experience in HVAC, mechanical systems, or a related industryStrong understanding of hydronics or commercial HVAC systemsExperience in project-based or consultative sales environmentsAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and complex sales cyclesStrong communication and relationship-building skillsWhat’s on OfferCompetitive base salary + bonus structureFull benefits packageLong-term career progression within a growing platformOngoing training and development
