Account Manager
Account Manager (Brand Revolution)The Account Manager drives the smooth delivery of client programs across Brand Revolution's creative, production, and event services. Working alongside an Account Director, this role ensures every project is executed with precision on time, on budget, and to the agency's uncompromising standards of excellence. Account Managers are trusted relationship builders and project leaders, balancing strategic support with operational rigor to ensure clients receive a seamless, high-value experience at every touchpoint.

Key Responsibilities:Client Management:
Serve as a key day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication, accurate documentation, and consistent delivery.
Support the Account Director and SVP of U.S. Accounts in developing and executing client strategies that align with business objectives.
Build trusted relationships with client counterparts by demonstrating reliability, responsiveness, and strong understanding of their brand and priorities.
Coordinate and lead regular client status meetings, ensuring agendas, actions, and follow-ups are documented and communicated.
Escalate risks or client concerns promptly to the Account Director or SVP of U.S. Accounts, providing clear context and recommendations.
Project & Program Management:
Manage the end-to-end execution of assigned projects, including creative campaigns, events, media, and production deliverables.
Develop and maintain accurate project timelines, deliverable schedules, budgets, and status reports, ensuring all details are current and accessible.
Ensure deliverables are aligned with client expectations, scope, and budget.
Collaborate with internal departments (Creative, Strategy, Production, Media, and Accounting) to maintain smooth workflows, resolve issues, and ensure brand consistency.
Support the creation and management of Statements of Work (SOWs), budgets, and reconciliations.
Track project performance and provide input on post-project reviews to identify learnings and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure all work adheres to Brand Revolution's established processes, templates, and quality standards.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the full accounts team and internal teams to deliver integrated client solutions.
Ensure tasks are clearly assigned, deadlines are met, and documentation is properly maintained.
Participate in brainstorming sessions, creative reviews, and strategic discussions to contribute to program development.
Support knowledge sharing and collaboration across departments to enhance team performance and efficiency.
Foster a positive, solutions-oriented approach to teamwork, communication, and problem-solving.
Commercial & Financial Management:
Support the Account Director and SVP of U.S. Accounts in monitoring project budgets, ensuring profitability and adherence to approved scopes.
Track expenses and assist in financial reconciliation and invoicing processes.
Help identify opportunities for efficiency improvements or added value within existing client programs.
Maintain financial accuracy across project documentation, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Agency Contribution & Market Insight:
Represent Brand Revolution's values and approach in all client and internal interactions.
Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying ways to enhance client experience, workflows, or internal processes.
Support cross-functional collaboration and maintain a positive, proactive team culture.
Participate in training and development opportunities to strengthen professional and industry knowledge.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Events, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in account management or client services, ideally within a digital marketing, creative, events, or video production agency environment.
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong understanding of agency workflows and cross-department collaboration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management systems such as Wrike, Google, or Hubspot preferred.
Valid U.S. Driver's License and Passport.
Ability to work three days per week in the Cedar Park, Texas office or Denver, Colorado office.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally for client events, meetings, and site visits.

Strategic mindset with a practical understanding of brand, creative, video and event production processes.
Preferred: Experience with video, fabrication, or live event production.
Preferred: Experience in a full-service agency environment.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit, stand, walk, kneel, and use computer equipment for extended periods.
Must have reliable transportation for in-office and off-site work.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Suitable home workspace for remote work.
