SummaryThe Director of Strategic Operations serves as an extension of the CEO, driving alignment, execution, and clarity across Iantrek during a period of rapid commercial scale and category creation.This role is designed for a high-caliber operator with top-tier analytical training who is looking to drive impact and owning outcomes. The individual will translate strategy into execution, enforce alignment and focus across the organization, and ensure the company operates with speed, rigor, and accountability.This role is accountable for driving outcomes across initiatives, not just defining them. Success is measured by decisions made, actions taken, and results delivered.ResponsibilitiesConvert CEO and leadership priorities into clear, executable plans and project mapsDefine success metrics, owners, and timelines for critical initiativesEnsure strategic initiatives move from concept to measurable resultsOwn the structure and quality of the senior leadership team operating rhythmBuild and enforce KPI frameworks focused on leading indicatorsEnsure reporting is clear, consistent, and tied directly to company prioritiesLead high-priority, ambiguous problems that cut across functionsApply structured, data-driven problem solving to drive decisionsIdentify misalignment early and resolve it quicklyPrepare high-quality analyses, materials, and recommendations for executive and board-level decisionsAct as a proxy for the CEO in key discussions when appropriateTrack and enforce commitments across the leadership teamPush for clarity where there is ambiguity and action where there is driftEnsure critical initiatives do not stall due to lack of ownershipQualificationMinimum 5 years post-undergrad experienceMust have experience at a top-tier consulting firm working on corporate strategic priorities, project management & analysis (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG), or similar Chief of Staff / Dir Strategy job experience working with an executive team owning projects from ideation through implementationMBA from a leading programDemonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems and communicate with executive-level clarityStrong analytical and modeling capabilitiesOperator mindset with a track record of owning outcomesHigh urgency and bias for actionLow ego with the ability to challenge senior leaders constructivelyRelentless follow-through and accountabilityComfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environmentsOpen to remote, but Dallas/Fort Worth preferred (CEO Headquartered there)High expected travel up to 75% working between Iantrek offices (TX, Rhode Island, New York) and external field or industry meetings
