Job Title: Senior Scrum MasterLocation: Dallas, TXEmployment Type: ContractWork Mode: Hybrid/Onsite PreferredJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in delivering high-impact software and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader with strong expertise in Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement practices. This role requires hands-on experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and driving collaboration across cross-functional teams in fast-paced enterprise environments.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitate and optimize all Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.Identify, track, and remove organizational and technical impediments impacting team delivery.Coach Agile teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Scrum principles, Agile best practices, and team self-organization.Monitor Agile delivery metrics such as Velocity, Cycle Time, Burn-down/Burn-up charts, and Predictability.Ensure transparency and effective communication between development teams and business stakeholders.Utilize Jira AI, Jira dashboards, and Copilot tools to improve reporting, backlog refinement, and team productivity.Support PI Planning and coordinate cross-team dependencies within Scaled Agile environments.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and high performance.Required Skills8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environmentsStrong expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and Agile methodologiesExperience facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching cross-functional teamsHands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting toolsStrong stakeholder communication and conflict resolution skillsExperience working in Scaled Agile/SAFe environmentsKnowledge of Agile metrics and delivery trackingExperience supporting enterprise-level digital or data-driven projectsPreferred SkillsExperience with Jira AI and Microsoft Copilot toolsSAFe Scrum Master (SSM), CSM, PSM, or equivalent Agile certificationsBackground in enterprise software, digital transformation, or data platformsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities
