Director of Creative and Design
We are looking for a Director of Creative & Design to help lead creative strategy, content production, and brand storytelling at a growing organization. This is a hybrid role.What You’ll DoLead creative strategy and develop multimedia marketing assets across multiple channels.Oversee high-volume production of marketing collateral and standardized materials.Manage a multidisciplinary creative team including design, copy, video, and production.Implement workflows, systems, and AI tools to scale content creation.Partner with cross-functional marketing and business teams to align creative with goals.Manage external vendors and ensure brand consistency across deliverables.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Multimedia, or related field.10+ years of progressive creative and design experience.5+ years leading multidisciplinary creative teams.Strong background in brand strategy, storytelling, and visual identity systems.Experience managing high-volume content production and creative workflows.Familiarity with AI tools or automation for content creation preferred.Ability to operate in a matrixed, multi-brand environment.
