This role is responsible for developing engaging digital content that promotes our dealership, showcases inventory, highlights community involvement, and strengthens our brand presence across social media platforms.The ideal candidate is experienced in content creation, graphic design, photography, and video production, with a strong understanding of current social media trends and audience engagement strategies.ResponsibilitiesCreate and manage engaging content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital channelsCapture and edit photo and video content featuring vehicles, dealership events, staff, and promotionsDesign graphics, advertisements, and marketing materials for digital campaignsProduce short-form and long-form video content for social media and advertisingCollaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns and promotional strategiesMaintain a consistent brand image and voice across all contentStay current with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content stylesAssist with dealership events, promotional shoots, and community outreach initiativesMonitor content performance and engagement metrics to optimize future campaignsMinimum QualificationsMinimum of 2 years of related experience in social media content creation, marketing, or digital mediaProficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe IllustratorProficient in CanvaKnowledge and experience in graphic design, videography, digital editing, and photographyStrong understanding of social media platforms and content trendsExcellent communication, organizational, and time management skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentMust be creative, detail-oriented, and adaptablePreferred QualificationsExperience creating automotive or dealership-related contentKnowledge of social media advertising and boosted campaignsBenefitsCompetitive pay based on experienceSupportive team environmentEmployee discounts and dealership benefits
