Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager based in Miami, FL. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business growth and targets. Key tasks include identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role requires frequent interaction with customers and stakeholders, representing the company in a professional and results-oriented manner. Qualifications Sales and business development skills, with experience in identifying opportunities and closing dealsStrong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationshipsKnowledge of transport logistics, shipping, or related industries is preferredAnalytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to create and present sales reports and forecastsProficiency in using CRM software and standard office applicationsAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentBachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Marketing, or a related field is preferredProven experience in a similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
