Position SummaryWe're seeking a passionate and experienced Physical Therapist Clinical Director to lead our Keystone Heights clinic. This role combines hands-on patient care with light leadership and administrative responsibilities.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality physical therapy services to a diverse patient population Lead and mentor clinical staff to ensure excellent patient outcomes Oversee clinic operations, scheduling, and patient satisfaction Collaborate with the management team to uphold clinic standards and goals Maintain documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesStrong clinical, communication, and leadership skills Previous supervisory experience preferred but not required Education & ExperienceDoctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or MPT) Active Florida Physical Therapy License (or eligibility)
