Come join our team of one full-time physician and two part-time nurse practitioners and serve a local population of approximately 25,000 residents in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon. Compensation and Benefits:  Very competitive total compensation opportunity (525k+) which includes: o Quality incentives up to $25k o RVU bonus based on annual threshold  Commencement bonus of $40k  $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time  Student loan repayment  Hospital employed  Full benefits including a 401k match  Paid malpractice Professional Details:  Four 10-hour days per week  Average 12-16 patients per day o Scribe services available for providers that average 15 patients per day  No Call requirements  Full-time, permanent  Established practice with 1 full-time physician and 2 part-time nurse practitioners  Plentiful referral base with high demand for cardiology services  Epic EHR with Cupid module and Muse coming soon  Implantable cardiac device management services  Supervision of stress testing procedures in co-located respiratory therapy department  Interpretation of cardiac imaging, ECGs and device interrogation reports  Minor procedures including implanting and removal of loop recorders, cardioversion and TEE  Upcoming expansion of clinic space over the next few years Community Details:  Pacific Northwest community nestled in the eastern foothills of the Blue Mountains surrounded by Eagle Caps, Wallowa and Elkhorn mountain ranges nearby  Above average school system per GreatSchools.org  Many outdoor activities including biking, hiking, alpine lakes, skiing, rock climbing, water sports, hunting, fishing, bird watching o Mt.
