Expertise in Webflow, front-end development, and performance optimization is essential for ensuring a seamless user journey.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and enhance marketing web pages using Webflow, ensuring responsiveness and performance.Manage Webflow CMS collections and structure dynamic content for efficient updates.Translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, responsive web pages.Adhere to style guidelines like Client-First for consistency.Optimize websites for speed, SEO, accessibility, and best practices.Implement A/B testing, conversion optimization, and analytics tracking.Collaborate across teams to develop landing pages and campaign assets.Enhance Webflow capabilities with custom code and third-party integrations.Perform quality assurance for cross-browser and mobile responsiveness.Qualifications & Skills4+ years of professional Webflow development experience.Proficiency in Webflow, CMS, HTML, CSS, JavaScript.Understanding of UX/UI principles and Figma design implementation.Experience in SEO, performance optimization, and conversion-focused pages.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Effective collaboration and communication abilities.B.S. in CS or equivalent with 2+ years relevant experience.Bonus: JavaScript/TypeScript, Webflow API, animations, No-Code tools, React, DevOps experience.Work Environment: Remote within the U.S. or hybrid from U.S. offices.
