Cloud SQL Analyst

*Job Title: *Cloud Software Analyst *Department: *Client Services *Reports to:* Cloud Software Manager *Job Summary:* Middle-person between cloud installations and development. Part SQL development and part business analyst. *Essential Functions*:· * Assist with technical functions of on-boarding new BRdata Cloud clients. * Creating and updating SQL Procedures and data imports. * Perform data analysis. * Gather requirements for report, system, and process customization. * Validate data and manage program configuration and monitoring. * Install, configure, test, support, and administer cloud databases for clients, ensure cloud databases operate efficiently and without error. * Test changes to the client databases, applications, and reporting platform. * Troubleshoot database technical issues and work with clients to ensure speedy and through resolution. * Strong knowledge in data structure and content with the ability to perform ad-hoc data extracts for clients. *Qualifications*:· * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. * Minimum of three years of experience working with reporting tools, BRdata, or technical development. * Strong knowledge of SQL and databases. * Thorough knowledge of Windows operating systems and batch scripting. * Ability to work in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment * Understanding of Agile development methodology and practices * Great verbal and written communication skills * Highly organized and ability to self-prioritize· * Quick learner * Team player Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * 401(k) matching * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location: In person
